First one has to pass, second one he can shoot. But Raphi wanted his goal yesterday, maybe he had written sth under his jersey what he wanted to show us 🤔
He can shoot, but it's still better to do a pass if you are not 100% certain you score here. Just do a curved pass like this and Lewa easily reaches it while the keeper is miles away. We've seen these kind of goals thousand times.

He can pass but the pass is more difficult than in the first picture, as the Rayo player has the edge over Lewa. So pass has to go around him while also not being too close to the keeper.

I wasn't ass pissed for this situation, but the first one you posted, that got on my nerves during the match. It's just an easy case of passing to your teammate for an easy goal. These guys better not be thinking they are in some kind of competition with each other based on who scores more. That kind of individualism is a good way to destroy the harmony of a team.

Mediocre game. If he doesn't score he has a bad game. We all know this.
Scored our only goal, the guy is ice cold from the spot.
Lets hope he gets his knack of goals back during our crucial period, cuz if he doesnt we are not winning jack-shit.

14/15 version of MSN under Flick would score 140-150 goals between them. I think they scored 124 between them (Messi 58, Neymar 41, Suarez 25), and that was with Suarez coming off a 8-9 game suspension.

I’d say 65-75 for Messi, 40-45 for Neymar, and 40-45 or so for Suarez.

MSN would never rely on these low probability vertical passes, they score and win by controlling the game. We see a lot of out of control ping pong action under Flick we didn't under MSN.

Your hypothetical goal #s would never have happened and Flick would've been fired very quickly if he had been their coach and forced Bayernball on them.

Sad to see our identity taken over and history skewed.

Seems like he is going to renew to 2027 but would think this is some skullduggery to decrease amortized cost and salary then he moves in 2026 with any fee correcting it.

If he has 12.5m amortized cost left next season and renews for a year that is saving 6m FFP.

If he is on 25m say next season and they agree so split that over two seasons with understanding he will get that back when leaves..and more potentially you could save almost 20m FFP next season.

The issue would be if he was to leave in 2026 and still have 6m odd amortized cost left and owe 12,5m in wages in that scenario..offer him any fee that is paid for him after the 6m squared off and he probably makes more money and club have saved 20m or close on FFP next season.

That could potentially open door to a likes of Isak who you say will rotate between CF and LW next season and CF the followig.

MSN were very direct and we scored a shit ton of transition goals in 14/15

He is great at taking penalties. We all made fun of Penaldo but Lewa scoring these penalties can become crucial.

Of course he isn't perfect at his age, but don't think Barça can afford a better option.

33 y.o. striker from Osasuna Budimir (13 goals ATM) would score same amount of goals easily if played in a team that scored 100 goals versus team that barely ever scores.

More to his overall game too and can actually press and run.

We should have kept Auba, I'm sure he would score a similar amount of goals for a fraction of the money we paid Lewa. He would also be easier to replace, maybe we would already have a young 9 if we didn't bought the tractor.

Bayern thought the same after Lewa left, that ~33 year old Choupo-Moting would be good enough (with all due respect), and then they had to buy Kane next year 🙂
