9 - Robert Lewandowski

The run to open the space for Torres goal, is almost like an assist.

Huge impact yesterday.
He moved both defenders to one place, and Ferran brilliantly took advantage of that

also reminded me about first goal against benfica where Raphinia scored from Yamal assist. Lewa just stopped there next to running Yamal and blocked Benfica defender from chasing him. I think it was intentional. These small movements he is really trying to do to help in the attack even if he does not touch the ball are sometimes easy to miss. I’m not saying it’s something huge but sometimes these small movements are part of the puzzle

Thought that first shot was pretty well taken with his left. Unfortunately hit the crossbar. No chance for the keeper if it was on goal.

Can't you just be happy he scored a nice and important goal against our rivals?

That shot with his left when he hit the bar wasn't "well taken" at all. His poor technique made him miscontrol the ball and delay the shot.

That's a poor example to prove your point.
That wasn't a sitter at all, he was struggling with a defensor on his ass. He can do it 5 times out of 10, while others 2/10.
Also, you said earlier he was weak. He wasn't. Yes, he falls down but that's to be awarded a foul, and he does get it often enough to warrant it. That's the whole point. The whole tactic. This ain't a cage fight. He wrestles with them each game, throughout the entire match, sometimes they double up on him but don't tell me he is bullied.

He is weak and he did miscontrol that ball due to his bad technique and deteriorated reflexes due to his advanced age.

As he does on every match nowadays. Falling easily, being bullied, miscontroling balls, bad technique overall and least assists of any starting striker in good to average teams in Europe. He doesnt make his teammates better at all and is being helped week in week out by others who do the pressing for him.

Thank you for insisting on your bullshit fanboying just for me to remind you of all this.

You couldn't just be happy as everyone for his good goal you needed to go full retard in your fanboying.

His age manifests itself at all aspects of the game and it is foolish to deny it. I said earlier numerous times, I wish he already retired to MLS for his own legacy sake, but that missed chance towards the end of the 1st half wasn't like someone else, instead of him, would have got it 9 out of 10 either.

All the best luck finding another striker in the next summer transfer window.
I'll even stick around, watching this club, after Lewa's gone to see how the game will have improved without him.

It is on your club management to utilize 36 year old for the aspired sport targets in the 3rd season.
Calling Lewandowski pussy and bitch and motherfucker because he's got limitations to fulfill, from a fan's perspective, desired tasks that maybe someone like Haaland or Mbpappe only would be up to, is not warranted. It'd be like bashing on Kim Bassinger she is not hot any more. Neither is it, like he's blackmailing them all to be the 1st pick in the line up every week.

Normally, a guy his age, but with some scoring capabilities left, would be kept on the bench and let on for the last 20-45 minutes...
That's how it worked for the most of them...unless they went to MLS or Arab's league.
Instead, he is expected to be John Rambo taking on the entire U.S. Army at the age of 78.

Why, he's the best scorer in Europe and he's being praised for his performance. Gonna end the season with a treble playing for freakin Barca!!!! :barcascarf:

His legacy more than secured

+ he doesn't fuck up the loco room like Mobutu would and everybody likes him ,✓

That last point is often overlooked but getting along well with m8s goes a long way and is a huge factor in overall success!

Lewy and Trump are truly blessed to have a rabid fanboy to defending them on Barcaforum with such devotion. Impressive really.
"Fanboy" wasn't necessary for the discussion balance and fairness.
Makes me think you wanna bite, but when bitten back, you come back with "oh oh ...it hurts, behave, why not be civilized?...these Damn 'T' accounts".
