So, Leo Beenhakker passed away.
He was the first Poland's National Team manager who selected RL9 for the failed WC 2010 campaign. He did a good job qualifying Poland for the first time for 2008 Euros in Austria and Switzerland.
I still remember the scene of him walking alone in the corridor leaving the stadium as a defeated man after the 2nd leg of 1985 runner up qualifier for the WC in Mexico 86. Netherlands were eliminated in the last minute by Belgium. That was an electrifying match.
