So, Leo Beenhakker passed away.
He was the first Poland's National Team manager who selected RL9 for the failed WC 2010 campaign.
I still remember the scene of him walking alone in the corridor leaving the stadium as a defeated man after the 2nd leg of 1985 runner up qualifier for the WC in Mexico 86. Netherlands were eliminated in the last minute by Belgium. That was an electronic match.
Your nephew is a great guy.

RIP Leo.

I remember that it was the away match against San Marino and Poland was struggling as hell. I think it was still 0:0 after the first half, then Smolarek got the first and Lewandowski was let in to score the second shortly after...and at that time it wasn't clear he was to become a classic #9 striker yet. Heck, hardly anyone knew who he was at all.
I think it was his 1st season in the Polish top tier league.

He's HIM.

He has always been THAT GUY.
I like you (even if you are annoyed with me), but you should honestly stop saying stuff like this, especially 'he's him'.

It makes you sound like a child and not a serious follower of football. It's the sort of thing 10 year olds on Twitter say. Makes you sound like you are trying to hang with the kids. It's very cringe and I'd bet I am not the only one on here who finds it embarrassing.
