Weak bait from the Messi boys in here. You guys look silly trying to take shots at the likes of Lewa and Mbappe. Your boy can't even keep up with 37 yr Ronaldo in a struggling United team, nevermind the top current players.

Rare L for Rassvet

If The GOAT like Messi can be trolled, then chumps like Lewa open season after the ego trip stunt he pulled

If RL9 scored yesterday: "Blah Blah he's statpadding against mighty Salzburg in a piss easy game"

Healthy reminder: Salzburg are no Barca....

Chill out folks. Its just a draw in the first leg. All Nagelsmann needs to do is not play 3 wingers together in the 2nd leg and get his tactics slightly on point.

Hey! Atleast RL9 didn't bottle a penalty or miss any chances for that matter. ;-P

Incredible that people can’t wrap their head around it’s just a bit of a joke jab at Lewandowski after all the Messi trolling that’s gone on.

Realistically it’s pretty poor from Lewa to not influence this game against a weak opponent and yet be considered the undisputed best in the world and more deserving of the ballon d’or blah blah.

This epic generation is unfortunately over. Messi, Ronaldo, Lewa, Suarez, Benzema, Modric, Busi, Neymar...they are all done. I also don't think that Salah has many more games in his legs. They will probably play one more season on this top level and than it will definitely be over for all of them. It's time for some new kids to step up.

Lewa wasnt praised for his dribblings or passing but for his goals

Not hating, but here's a stat for the Lewa fanboys like Rassvet and RF20...

Messi from 2017-18 onwards has more CL KO goals than Lewa...12 versus 10...let's break it down too:

Messi (KO goals):

3 goals v Chelsea (great)
0 goals v Roma (poor)
2 goals v Lyon
2 goals v Man United (good)
2 goals v Liverpool (great)
1 goal v Napoli
0 goals v Bayern (poor)
2 goals v PSG

12 goals in 15 KO games

Lewandowski:

3 goals v Beskitas
0 goals v Sevilla (poor)
0 goals v RM (poor)
0 goals v Liverpool (poor)
3 goals v Chelsea (great)
1 goal v Barca
1 goal v Lyon
2 goals v Lazio

10 goals in 14 KO games

So, Messi in a declining (EV era) to a completely shit Barca side produced more than Lewa in the CL KO stages over the last 4 years.

Just goes to show how high the standards are for Messi (and CR7). If Lewa wants praise as the best in the world and all time great, then he must also be criticized harshly when he doesn't score in CL KOs. That's all.

As added comparison, here's Guardiola era Messi:

1 goal v Lyon
2 goals v Bayern
0 goals v Chelsea
1 goal v Man United
2 goals v Stuttgart
4 goals v Arsenal
0 goals v Inter Milan
2 goals v Arsenal
1 goal v Shaktar Donesk
2 goals v RM
1 goal v Manchester United
6 goals v Bayer Leverkusen
2 goals v AC Milan
0 goals v Chelsea

24 goals in 26 KO games.

And final comparison, RM 3-peat CR7:

2 goals v Roma
3 goals v Wolfsburg
0 goals v Man City
0 goals v AM
0 goals v Napoli
5 goals v Bayern
3 goals v AM
2 goals v Juve
3 goals v PSG
3 goals v Juve
0 goals v Bayern
0 goals v Liverpool

21 goals in 21 KO games.

Suarez numbers from 14/15 and 15/16

2 goals v City
2 goals v PSG
0 goals v Bayern(2 assists)
1 goal v Juve
1 goal v Arsenal
2 goals v Atleti

8 goals in 11 KO games

Lewa getting all that hype while he doesn't even have better numbers than Suarez, who wasn't the main man of the team unlike Lewa. Comparing their primes Suarez is a level above him. Messi and Ronaldo should never be even mentioned in the same sentence with him.

Messi scores at a better rate than Lewandowski in knockouts, and we dont even have to mention he plays deeper, being the main creator of the team, Lewandowski is an all-out striker.

I mainly went through the trouble of finding these stats because I know whenever Messi doesn't score in a CL KO game/tie, the world loses their mind (same with CR7).

Lewa is in an interesting situation where I feel like he gets praise when Bayern does well (as he should, no problems here), but escapes criticism for some stinkers he's put up (like v Sevilla, RM, Pool etc.), considering Bayern has been a top 2 team in the world (or the best) except for 18/19 over the last 4 years.

I know no one is putting him on the Messi/CR7 level (except for maybe Rassvet and this RF20 guy lmao), so I don't expect similar criticism for him when he fails. But he should still get more criticism than he does now IMO.
