C'mon, Ryu. Paid sports journalist? That makes them experts? And I thought everyone knew that those guys were a bunch of poets making things up according to their last nights high.

Forget the part about Lewandowski does X like this player and Y like that player rhetoric, that part is BS, but he was not wrong in stating the following:

"What Lewandowski does so well is all of the most basic of things. He is strong and powerful in the air, which suits being the target man, brilliant on the ball and under pressure in the area; capable of finding that one yard of space he needs to get a shot away, and plays with a vision and understanding of teammates required of a creative number ten."

Lewandowski is certainly not one-dimensional. He is as good as a CF/striker can get at this moment.

Lewa won't be able to keep this on for one whole year. If he was capable he would have done it already. Comparisons with messi and ronaldo are really silly.

you are insane. Lewandowski is same age as Messi. and he is foward in 4.2.3.1 bayernliga.
Messi even plays like a midfielder, sometimes he did defensive roles in Argentina national team.
he is no where near both of them, especially messi in terms of quality and talent..... yet, if you want to start making him like that with goal scoring stat, Ronaldo was way better in that.
thus comparing that with just goal scoring statistic is just a laugh.
I rate suarez way higher than Lewandowski.

Where is your comment disagreeing with my previous ones? I never said he'd be better than Messi or Ronaldo or something, did I? (although for me he is better than Suarez)

Bayern Munich supporters are planning to boycott the first five minutes of their Champions League game at Arsenal next week over "excessive and impossible" ticket prices around Europe.

They will miss Lewandowski's first 3 goals then :)

So these Bayern fans are going to enter the stadium and fill their seats after the 5th minute?

Speaking of ticket prices, on paper Bayern has pretty cheap tickets compared to some of the EPL and La Liga teams, but their tickets are SO HARD to get that it is almost impossible to buy them at face value. Even many Bayern fans themselves have to pay more in the secondary market or on sites such Viagogo to be able to get tickets, let alone casual football fans and visitors.

Why so?

Club membership is the keyword.

Because Bayern members get the preferential treatment to buy tickets and tickets to all games are officially sold out, vast majority of which got scooped up by Bayern members. For Bayern fans who are not Bayern members (I'd think there are a lot of them out there) and casual fans and visitors, basically you will never be able to buy tickets from Bayern directly.

Buying them is not an issue, but if people buy it just so they can resell for huge amounts. That shouldn't be allowed.

Isn't it only natural that club members get to buy them first though?

Absolutely. But in my opinion they should allocate a portion (at least 10%) of tickets for each game to non-members. I have seen some folks joking that they are thinking about becoming Bayern members just to be able to buy tickets and to sell them for profit online.
