Yes, Lewandowski has performed poorly after the WC. But so did many other players on their return.

That's just the nature of the beast.
A mid-season WC with a weak national side.
A 3 game suspension.
Bothersome injuries.
Player injuries (Dembele etc...)

Haaland has scored lots of goals but 90% of those were tap ins given to him on a platter.

Lewandowski scored some wonderful goals comparatively in the first half of the season.

I suspect if Lewandowski scored 50 goals he'd still be criticized.

The moral of the story is, it's pointless to argue with irrational haters.

LEWANDOWSKI IS NOT BEING COMPARED TO THAT TAP IN MERCHANT.

HE WILL BE HELD TO THE STANDARS OF LUIS SUAREZ AND THE GOAT ETO'O

Needs to be more clutch in CL. Done well in the league otherwise but could easily reached 25-30 goals if he had been sharper in front of goal.

Still keep scoring against low league clubs only
Well, for the most part, this is how you win leagues.

He is a flat track bully but a very good one, he is a specialist at scoring against relegation and lower table teams, but that's good to an extent, we will rarely drop points against those.

Those are the majority of teams that make up LaLiga so it's still important.

He might hurt us more in UCL.
