Doesn't sound believable at all. Bayern fans used to complain about RL9 being too professional and emotionally detached from the club.
Also, numerous reports that he's one of the players in the dressing room who is firmly against Xavi's methods and tactics.

Flick and Tuchel are 2 managers you rate very highly, right?
Let me tell you both of them are huge fans of Robert. Tuchel tried to sign him for Chelsea too.
Most managers respect and admire him and won't bench him straight away. He'll definitely be in the first lineups to start with.

Flick met him when he was in his prime and scoring 50 goals per season. Tuchel prob has this instance as his reference.
I know you like him mate, but he only worked for 3 months until the 2022WC.
After that, he has been a disaster.
Besides, and pitch reasons aside, we are now having a squad for the future, and there is no point in overpaying a granny ex-top tier player.
