because he has weaknesses in his game which mean he's useless against certain types of opponents. this was proven to be the case this year but we got away with it.

I'm glad he stayed and wouldn't change a thing about this season. but taking the risk for another campaign would be ridiculous.

Well unless you hire the Terminator as our striker, you're bound to have weakness with every striker. It seems like the same scenario as last year, rumors sprawling around, no bidders and finally Eto'o stays again. But this time we need to offload unless a new contract is signed.

plus as I've said before I get the distinct impression eto'o isn't very well liked by the rest of the squad, certainly not the attacking players (apart from henry).

If you notice, some of his celebrations was actually pretty awkward with his teammates involves, i cant remember exactly which game, but im sure there is. Furthermore, if he stay, he doesnt want to work out shiet, he wants his salary to rise above Messi, if he goes, he actually want to stay 1 more year then leave for free, so the best we can do is sell him ASAP cuz we already cant set the price too high.

Fuck...that's so sad, I know I've wanted Eto'o out this season but I love the guy and seeing this is pretty fucked up. The blame lies on Eto'o though, he could've been treated as a legend had he not have his yearly outbursts.

That was a bit unfair on Eto. He had 1 or 2 outbursts in his Barca career. Overall he´s been great and I hope his sale don´t come biting us in the ass.

i only meant for his bad patch this year and that was really getting to him around that time when we played sevilla etc.

I'm pretty sure Iniesta likes him very much, and I think they went to celebrate Iniesta after that Sevilla-goal because he gave an awesome pass, and all Eto'o had to do is pass it into the empty goal. But after his other goals he gets the usual jumping on him and hugging him treatment....:2145960713mundoemot
