Don't think it's the pace though. Dembele has that but he is shit on the ball most of the time

Imo, he's a bit better than Dembele. Fewer spills of possession with dumb touches, uses his body better, much stronger, more aggressive overall.

Even under Enrique, it was not clear why he immediately ignored Adama, but gave Tello and Sandro chances. He will be useful.

Yeah, strange move, the Alves-Pedri-Adama triangle was not present in the second half and after Traore sub we kinda switched to 4-4-2 with Gavi falling deeper in midfield.

Nonetheless amazing first half for Adama, really explosive and gave hard time to Matheus Cunha, eventually leading to his substitution.
