By this age Ronaldo had been a reserve in winning World Cup team at 17 (kept out of team by freakin Romario and Bebeto) debuted as pro in top tier at 16, signed for PSV AT 17-18 and scored 30 goals as 18 yr old in first season in a strong Dutch league. He was playing with seasoned professionals in top leagues by 18.

The vast majority, if I compare Halilovic to messi or Suarez to iniesta or Deulofeu to Ronaldo7 and in this case Adama to R9, it's in playstyle not skill level I don't know where they will be in their prime but style wise they play like certain players, its like saying Nani plays like Ronaldo did at Man utd just not as good. Sorry if that makes it confusing.

He reminds me a bit of R9, yes, but compared to current footballers I think he's similar to Gareth Bale (but black, hur hur hur). I think his technique is better than Bale's (when he was 18, obviously, not current Bale) and will DEFINITELY be better than Bale in terms of technique/ball control/passing when he's in his prime.

18 is a ridiculously young age and he is showing glimpses of world class potential.
