He need that,Hughes has done good job with Bojan ,he could really help Adama to get his head straight and play within the team

Could be a good move for him. Rather than wasting time under eusebio it would be good if he gets some time in top flight.

I don't think going to the England for 6 months loan is that great idea. Premier league style would be great for him, but when he starts to "click" with teammates the season would be already amost over. And I'm not sure I want him gone for year and half. Maybe if he stays he'll be able to train and play some matches for senior team. Hell, if we go through Atletico in Copa, the remaining opposition would be easy enough to start him.

Lol :shakeshead:

A good one.

Pretty easy to see how you've ended up the way you have, honestly. The Adama hype is unreal and most people don't seem to remember or even care that Deulofeu was better at that age and younger and still struggles to adapt...

Yes, BBZ is spot on on some overhyping anything that comes from la masia. Since Thiago, no player that is surely 1st team material has surfaced.

Oh, please, spare me this... You have no clue whatsoever. He's not good enough and now I'm having my doubts if he will ever be. He's too much of an individual, with poor decision making. If he doesn't work hard on this he might be another Ashley Young.

That's extremely disrespectful to the other teams still alive in the CDR. Adama hasn't shown that he can actually dominate even in the Segunda. Sure he has the pace to get past his man. But he can't do jack after that. Deulofeu was a far better player than Adama was in the Segunda, and that too when he was younger. And look at Deulo now, despite his obvious talent, he's finding out that the teams in La Liga are far better than the ones in the Segunda.

I think Adama's style will be better match for senior team. He's not just fast, but also very strong, so I don't think he'll be abused by more physical players like Deulo now. He's also better fit for right wing and Barca needs good right wingers. BTW I agree, that Deulo was (and is) more complete player, he can dribble, cross is better goalscorer and has actually pretty decent setpieces. But sometimes a player that does one thing perfectly will achieve more than player who is just above average in many different areas of game.

Anyway I really don't believe remaining opposition in CdR will be too difficult. CdR matches are away and home, it is quite possible all will be decided after 1st match so players like Adama can play in second round without risk. La Liga games are fa rmore risky to try new players, because every loss might be critical.

Problem with Adama is his football iq & character ,people said Deulofeu is selfish but in comparison to Adama he was very good team player .Adama seem to consistently make the wrong choice
I am always standing with our top prospects and I prefer keeping player than loaning, but the kid just lack some basic fundamental decision making

Finding out by being the best winger in Sevilla.

Rafinha ? Bartra ?

I think Thiago would be world class by now, if not for so many injuries. Bartra and Rafinha are not on the same level, to me. I don't think Bartra will ever be wc, and Rafinha remains to be seen. I meant 1st eleven material, not good squad players.

Who knows ? He spent the last two years injured ; it could've been the same at Barcelona.
You talked about players not being "first team material".
Bartra is definitely first team material. He could be a starter at Arsenal, United or even City.

Concerning Rafinha, you're right, he's more a squad player but his potential let us think that he can become a very important player for the club.

Rafinha is great (he was voted to be best young player in La Liga over Jese), but he's not CM. He's best as AM/RM, which is unfortunately Messi's position. So the question is not whetehr Rafinha has talent, the question is will he be able to adapt his game for a new CM position?
