Januzaj's probable peak > Hazard probable peak... okay?

Nah. Not even close.

It's bad if he personally didn't choose kosovo though because where will his motivation be if he doesn't want to really be there. I hope that he at least at the final say in what nation to represent otherwise he will regret it forever.

So you know him and his family personally? Or are you just angry at him for not choosing Belgium? :)

Januza himself said that he would listen to what his dad decides and his father has stated on multiple occasions that he would like his son to play for Kosovo. No bitterness here...

Judging by the comments here Kosovo will be worse than San Marino....Even if he plays for Kosovo they will not play official match for some time so he'll be free to play for another national team....I don't know what problem he has with Belgium but if i were him i'd play in this world cup with Belgium and pick Kosovo after that.....if they can convince the likes of Xhaka, xherdan shaqiri etc. to represent them they will have a decent team......

You can't switch national sides at senior level. If he played for Belgium at the World Cup then he'd be stuck with them for the rest of his career.

I think rules are different if Kosovo national team didn't exist at the time player played for another team...that's why xedran shaqiri is still eligible for Kosovo...I don't know how the recent recognition of Kosovo changes things...

That is not true. There is a rule by FIFA that says you can switch countries after your own homecountry is acknowledged by FIFA. So for instance if he would play the WC for Belgium and Kosovo are officialy recognized by FIFA in August or so, he can switch to Kosovo.

Yeah this is the logical choice. But his father doesn't seem a bright chap by the looks of it. And he's daddy's little boy

He may not even make the Belgium world cup squad though seeing as they have Hazard, De Bruyne, Chadli, Dembele, Mertens, Bakkali playing in more or less his position.

Only player who's better than him is Hazard and maybe De Burnye...Chadli is struggling to get into Spurs team and Janujaz is the first name in the team sheet for United so, if he commits to Belgium he'll walk into their squad........

Trying to get into the squad would be better than staying at home

True but if he has made up his own mind (and not someone making the decision for him) then so be it. I'd be worried if he didn't have the final say on what nation he wants to represent. If he wants to represent Kosovo then all credit to him.
