Your killing me dude If the clause is true obviously I don’t want him but my point is that so many people are against this happening while pretty much any other club would take him in a heart beat. Details came out that Ramsey joining Juve is going to make him their second highest player behind Ronaldo. These guys moving for free are obviously going to get better deals as people have pointed out before.

Well, I would not. Bayern's transfer dealings are screwed up. They have enough center midfielders or B2B midfielders already and don't even need Rabiot. What they need is a true World Class winger and a true DM.

It doesn't make a difference at this point, you need to get the player agreement before the club. After you agree terms you see if you can get reasonable deal from his club.
Same thing we have done with Todibo.

I am quite sure Rabiot will be far less to Pogba, Du Bruyne, Ozil and Sanchez--and rather will be in the Arturo Vidal range. If reliable sources despite this when the dust settles, we can talk about widely inflated wages. I do agree Rabiot is not/won't be in Spurs wage structure, but then there is Chelsea and United.

The best paid player at Chelsea is Hazard at about 7m euros net per year. 10m euros net per year is Pogba and Ozil levels.
