He doesn't "deserve" anything, he has to earn it. He's not even much of a hard worker either.

Watching the highlights of this match I'm actually at a loss for words at how bad he is. He's so chaotic and he has had a full pre-season as well.

This guy was a good player for Sevilla no? wtf happened to him...

Vidal is low on Confidence and struggled to really adapt to our system. He's a winger obviously but it's quite clear playing as a RB at Sevilla vs a RB at Barcelona are two different ideas.

Vidal was considered a hard worker and had a overall good season at Sevilla. We gambled on getting him due to his performances at RB and thinking he could be a good Backup or even a starter for us when their were rumors of Alves leaving. This was before Lucho decided to Convert Roberto into a RB and Alves resigning shorty after we won the treble.

He waited 6 months to play and when he did and not to long after he got binned by Lucho and was even behind Douglas in the pecking order. no one quite knew for sure why, except rumors of Vidal getting hurt doing something stupid in training which angered Lucho.

Lucho decided to give Vidal another chance in preseason and Opted out of getting a RB. but he struggled during Preseason and as you can see today was very poor. Lucho and Vidal's relationship was pretty much already on rocky grounds but after Today I wouldn't be surprised if Vidal left in January.

Vidal overall was a "Gamble" in hopes he might turn out to be a Solid RB. but as you can see it's not going to happen.

Yeah it's hard for me to get angry at him simply because he NOT a RB and it's our management's fault for signing and trying to convert a winger into a RB. I actually feel bad for him.

He's absolutely going to get dropped. We're going to have to pray that we find someone to cover the RB position i.e. try Digne there, Barca B player or get Srna as a free agent.

How anyone can call him hardworking when we have Palencia in the wings who works hard and is actually semi competent defensively is beyond me.

I blame Lucho firstly. how the fuck can you play mathieu, turan and fucking vidal in one lineup. not even a god level messi can save you from that shit selection.

He's just not good enough whatsoever.

He's not even as fast as I thought he was as-well. No tactical awareness, and constantly plays ''over-chaotic'' as someone said before me.

Could see within a month of him playing that he was going to be a liability, and now we've got a real issue at RB. We still aren't close to replacing Alves in terms of defence/offence yet, and that'll show as the season goes on.

If Vidal plays against ANY strong sides, we're going to be murdered on the left wing.
