I mean in terms of potential, I dont mean he'll score 50 goals like Messi. He'll be our left sided Dani Alves, probably better.

Yeah he is extremly young and you can never tell how good someone will be until they get to their late teens/early 20's, but the signs are good. He as shown to have the ability to handle the pressure of being promoted up a level such that he was one of the best performers, for a 15 year old, that level of mental strength is extrodinary. If he keeps developing at this pace, he may be in the first team within 2 or 3 years.

according to wiki: 1.76 m (5 ft 9 in) that's far from 'miniscule' thats above the barca average I'd say (at least above the midfield + striker average ;))
