Sounds like he really knows what he's talking about.

Is this a joke? Number 1 is an assumption, and number 2 has absolutely nothing to do with the case. FIFA is not blocking Halilović from entering the city of Barcelona. They're blocking FC Barcelona from registering players. A predeal is signed, but transfers are only signed during transfer periods, so it's not finished.

I'm not saying it won't happen, but these two statements are as bullshit as it comes.

1st one is assumption but based on knowledge he based on number 2
And he isn't talking about City of Barcelona he is talking about the club ,if a player that has already signed and the ban is applied on him then it isn't only a punishment for our club but for both the player and selling club too
same is for MATS if we already signed him which seems to be not the case ,it will be punishment for the player and for his team who already signed a new GK ,I think the guy is right ,any judge will allow the club to register him

He can get hired by FC Barcelona, he just can't play in any official game - those go under Fifa's umbrella.

Then again this is how things are right now but you never know what the courts will say, wonder how much influence Blatter has over Skouris (european union court of justice president).

If worse comes to worst... we could at least retain the already signed players and loan them out if need be right?

Again, that will be a punishment to the player ,the ban is a punishment for only one side and it is FCB ,if it affected any other party any court won't allow it as Dupont said

Thats what I'm thinking.

There's nothing stopping us from signing players and loaning them out (we are only banned from registering new players).
