thats pretty much what i thought and its shame to take a good player and bench him cause he is better player generally than keita

This is the Afellay situation all over again. The problem is from the club's point of view players like these are very useful and important for the squad. You can't have 3 Messis 2 Iniestas 3 Xavis...
Just like no matter how good the subs we buy are it's very unlikely they bench starters simply due to how good our first team is. Then again look at Mascherano. He was brought in to add depth and he ended up being the star defender last season.
No player is untouchable in our squad, you are as good as your performances and if Songs outperforms Busquests,Xavi or Iniesta I am certain he will take their place. Is that likely? No, not at all but it's a possibility.
Players that come to Barca know this.

I think I put up a comment similar in another thread, but Song will essentially give rest to all positions in midfield, as well as defence. Without putting him down, he will be more of a utility player but I think you'll be suprised at his own quality. I watched almost every Arsenal game last season & he does have a tendency to lose his discipline occasionally but he played as part of a double pivot at Arsenal & had more license to roam. I personally have no doubt that he'll succeed as a replacement for Keita.

I believe now, more than ever, that all those stupid articles reporting Song being a lazy ass and forcing the move are bull shit and are created by Arsenal. Frimpong of all wouldn't really have been kind in case one of their players did that. Just ask Nasri!!
