I'll be so disappointed when we spend a 30m difference on a much inferior striker than Isak who will be turning 26 this fall and entering his prime

Just because the price will be so "steep".
You just know this will happen.

We should sell a player or two and break the fecking bank for this absolute baller.
Sell whichever CB gives us most money bar Cubarsí and let this killah cook with Lamine and Raphinha.

Why? It’s Barca style to make loud attacking signings. Coutinho, Dembele, Griezmann, even Neymar to an extent were all “prime” options on the market.

I’m convinced we will go all in for him if FFP allows it

Those are all barto though.

Ronaldinho, Eto, Ibra were all big attacking signings under Laporta. Same with Lewa in his second stint. Maybe Raphinha too.

Barca is historically a club with an addiction toward attackers. It us a culture thing.

Money will be always the issue.

Edit: Villa too

I get it, but none of those were basically world record signings, which would basically be what we need to sign isak.

The most expensive striker ever.

I want him, but don't see the laporta doing it even if we had the money.

Not for 120 at least

80 to max 100.

Ibra was the most expensive striker ever when it happened. 3rd most expensive or something along that line. Laporta is not afraid of splashing big.

It won't be his choice though, with FFP he will spend what he can, but that's it. He won't risk another Olmo case IMHO.

Is that 80M or 120 or J.David for free? That remains to be seen. But Laporta always pushes the limit.
