Pff. Alexis over Pedro? Please. Tell me which of the two has been a more influential and productive player for Barcelona in the past 3 years.

Pff Pedro over Alexis? Fact is that Alexis has been better than Pedro since he came to Barca. What Pedro did 50 years ago will not win a game today.

Alexis is confident and in form, Pedro comes back from an injury. so it should be clear for tomorrow. espescially because i think Cesc will start as false 9 and the two of them have the chemistry momentum going for them right now :). when alexis is out of power Pedro can make his comeback!!!

yes Alexis is confident,in form and all that but do we really want to risk him missing open goals and ultimately costing us the game?

I don't think Pedro, who's coming back from injury, will do better. And I can't see Tello starting tomorrow.

The Don is better at giving assists from the middle third of the pitch. Same with Cesc. In and around the box Alexis has a composure and sharp touch of genius that can give a player a clear chance to score.

Nah, Xavi is the one you're talking about. Iniesta and Cesc rule the final third.

Of course, but I thought there was an unspoken understanding to exclude him out of all comparisons, as his numerous talents are beyond mortals. Besides, he scores most of Barca's goals, so it's only logical to exclude him when talking about how other players assist.

The agent of Alexis Sanchez (24) will be in Italy later this week or beginning next week to meet with Juventus and Inter Milan. [sky]

It looks like he really wants to leave.

Graham Hunter made an interesting point about him. He said that he is a player with many good qualities but what he lacks is a footballing brain, which is unusual for a Barcelona player, or even a La Liga player in general. I think this is a fair thing to say about him. He does seem to be a player who plays on instinct and he is a bit of a headless chicken. This combined by his lack of confidence is really hampering his performances. We have seen him score a few times now in the second half of the season but it doesn't seem to have a huge positive effect on his performances. He has played quite well in recent weeks but he still doesn't look like he is fully confident or comfortable in the team. His brain is constantly racing, especially when he is given a goal scoring opportunity. Anyway, I hope he does well against PSG.
