Alexis would be a pretty great signing, could play on either wing or striker or even in some hybrid midfield role, and in my opinion 35 million is a steal. If Arsenal got him + Iturraspe I would be happy, although of course sad that Alexis left Barca.

Was I happy with his performances for us? Not always. Was it only his fault? Definitively not, it was a mix of tactics and politics. Should we have sold Pedro instead? Yes, but I think Sanchez wanted out himself because he didn't get support from the fans - if not than we probably see bigger potential in Suarez and Pedro will happily flax his arms around doing nothing good like the last 3 seasons. Is it a good decision? We will never know since we didn't really use Sanchez in the correct tactics for him to unleash his potential + I wonder when will Suarez do something stupid again.
Overall verdict and thoughts about Sanchez time in Barca and whether it is mistake to sell him - to complex matter and only time will tell.
