City don't want or need him. They have Jovetic, Aguero, and Nasri playing behind Dzeko and Negredo. They also publicly denied interest, which they normally don't do. They're owned by a family worth 1 trillion dollars, so if they wanted him they'd probably go "yeah sure, let me check for some change behind the couch. 75 million sound good? Ok"

Not sure why he doesn't want to go to Liverpool. Maybe coz Arsenal's in London? For some reason, I have a feeling he'd be awesome at Liverpool. Not that I think he'll be bad at Arsenal by any means. Hope he doesn't pick up the injury curse there.

Arsene Wenger talked to him personally and Liverpool is one of the most awful city I've seen in my life. Huuuuge difference with London.
