The hobo gets overrated every time at international tournaments because he has to do fuck all defensively or in the attacking zone. I would agree with footyfan, Pirlo didn't have any defensive responsibilities and just strolled around the pitch, playing simple passes every time he received the ball. Sure, his passing was on target and his free kick was amazing, but overall he did nothing particularly worth noting.
