im gona be insulting for someones but i believe it. iniesta>>zidan, in the most aspects of the game.even in technique i say iniesta=2 x zidan.the things he is doing with the ball neverdone it zidan or any otherplayer i ever seen.pure magic.

I don't agree with you Kostasgtc . But I get what you are saying .
There are certain aspects of game that I think Xavi and Iniesta are unrivaled.
1. awareness 2.quick passing with ball retention .Iniesta has even better speed ,dribbling technique and shot as compared to Xavi .
Zidane was a unique player who probably had no weakness.Yet not a devastating attacker ,he is a midfielder utilizing all his strengths to fullest.The reason why he is talked among all time greats is 1. Aesthetics of his play which comes from technique 2.strength 3. Range of passing and vision 4 . His innate ability to pop up in the biggest occasions and get a goal .He was a rare combination of Xavi,Iniesta and someone like Fellaini in my opinion.

For me, it has always been Xavi>Iniesta=Zidane, simply for the amount of influence he has on a team's style of play. Starting from Euro 2008 where he really stamped his authority, he has been the most important player of two of the greatest sides ever. In terms of awareness, concentration, vision, ball retention and intelligence, Xavi has been the best I've seen.

Iniesta and Zidane are far more spectacular (more talented as well, it can be argued) with a lot of wow moments. Iniesta though is more consistent than Zidane. They are also two very likeable individuals, despite Zidane's obvious wtf actions.

Not at all! It's quite snug lol. A pretty slim jersey overall.

As far as Zidane goes, I haven't seen him play enough to judge between them fairly. But I can say that Iniesta is the best mid fielder I have ever seen play. Where Xavi has the vision Iniesta has the tools. The way he dances with the ball is stunning. These days whenever I see him being closed down on near the lines by multiple players I can't help but think "Those poor bastards". You just know he is going to squeeze by them one way or another. These days all the younger mid fielders in the world look up to and try and emulate this guy.

zidane - iniesta is an interesting question. Personally, i think there is a certain level of world class, once a player goes beyond that, any comparison really boils down to personal preferences and statistics. And for me, both zidane and iniesta are past that level, in terms of talent, class, big game play, impact on the rest of the team, ability to influence or decide a game on their own, success on club level and international, etc.
Of course, there are still certain aspects where one is clearly better than the other, after all players are not identical. But compared to the overall amount of class these players have, it doesn't really put one ahead of the other.
