Its a shame a player with such qualities should be a lot more decicive. iniesta need to step up and replace messi.. i dont get i afrer messi was out why didnt iniesta step up and decide this game for us with some goals ... he never scores in important games for barca expect chelsea ..... i mean hes the best there is but soooo uneffective

Assuming Messi can't play vs PSG. Ever thought of putting this guy as false number 9? Just a thought, Fabregas will probably fill the void but I think a false number 9 should be able to go past players and Iniesta has that ability.

No just no. Dont waste the Don's potential by putting him out of position (LW) He is a midfield maestro and belongs in the midfield. And the false 9 has died its death vs strong teams as it has been figured out. Play with a CF to drag away defenders and create space for Iniesta, Pedro etc

People have been saying all the time that "teams figured out Tiki-taka" or "teams figured out the false 9", they said that "Mou figured out Barça" after Inter beat us in the CL and they're saying the same thing right now after Real beat us twice in a row but all of that is simply not true. Mou is a brilliant coach and there are a lot of other brilliant coaches and I don't believe they only just figured out how we play after several years. They all knew perfectly well how we play from the beginning, but the problem is that they can't do anything about it.

The "false 9" is a tactical measure that requires a player suited to the role (there are very few) and strikers on the wing instead of usual wingers or midfielders. It's obvious someone needs to create space but it doesn't necessarily have to be a CF. It usually works brilliantly and it's the only position where Messi can be at his very best, but the problem is that our wingers have been sheet this season.

You're right having wingers like Di Maria and Ronaldo they'll certainly do way better than Sanchez and Pedro. Once we get Neymar the problem will be sorted and once Tello and Deulofeu become more experienced we'll have one of the best wing attacks. That'll certainly help Messi

Sometimes it looks as if Iniesta is a magnet and the ball is attached to his feet, and even though his body almost seems to be way too far ahead of the ball, he is in fact in full controll and just indifferently cuts through the opponents lines. Such a magnificent player!
