I see Verratti as really a complete midfielder for us. He can play in more advanced positions from CM, or deeper. He is neither Xavi nor Iniesta, but a unique and gifted player onto himself. However, he would be fantastic here.

Coutinho is more of an attacking midfielder, so I'm not sure how he would do from central midfield. But he has great work rate and decent defensive abilities for someone attack minded.
