Yeah its a big sum for vast majority of clubs.
I just cant see them spending that on one player if they werent selling someone for 90m
65 million is a big transfer for any club. Atletico it's massive.

Lamar is the second biggest transfer after Diago Costa at 66 million. It's huge.

If Griezmann demanded more supporting cast, don't think he will be so naive to think simply adding Lemar will be enough to challenge Barca and RM.
Not to mention Griezmann 23m pay raise, Lemar's salary, 65m+ transfer fee and FFP.
Depends on your relative scale. They routinely spend in the range of 80M for 2-3 players. They've wasted money on Jackson Martinez and Vietto types before, which all add up. It's absolutely within their means. They reached 2 CL Finals, winning Europa League and have the Chinese money. No big deal and they'll probably make one or 2 more signings to compliment that.
We know nothing just can wait for his announcement because journalists only want to sell big titles and don't care about truth
They reached 2 UCL finals and won La Liga title and 2 Europa League titles in the past 5 years. I would say ATM chance is higher to reach another UCL final than us under Valverde,
