Dawg, these Suarez and Ney stans are even more embarrassing than Messi stans lately.

Cartwheeling of another dimension.

Pretty sure he isn't a Barca fan but a Suarez one ( nothing wrong with that). Only time he came here is when Suarez had a good game and posted stuff like " he proved you haters wrong". Ironically those BF visits became less frequent because of how hard Suarez declined.

I'm just baffled as to what role he has in this club along with Coutinho. Is it confirmed that Messi is leaving? Both these players are free roaming 10's you could argue that like to be behind the striker(s). How could they play in their natural positions with Messi at the time? Not to mention both him and Cou are way too slow to play as wingers.

I still don't know where he will be played in 4-2-1-3 position as claimed by the media that Koeman will go for?

IMO, he only suits someting like 4-4-2 with a target man in front of him.

Off memory, didn't Koeman play 442 at both Benfica and Valencia?

---------- Mats ----------
Semedo - Pique - Lenglet - Alba
-------- Pjanic -- FdJ ----------
Trincao/Dembele ---------------- Puig/Pedri/Ansu/Coutinho???
------- Messi - Griezmann --------

Just an idea of a setup with current players.

I don't think it will work. We will have the same problem as before, lack of speed on the right flank. I personally don't count on Dembele.

Trincao, Messi and Griez will occupy the same space.

Don't disagree with you on that. Our width/pace on the right is basically banking on Dembele to stay fit and/or Trincao to somehow adapt straight away and be that good.

It is a headache to think about so god knows what Koeman's team think they can do.

I think if koeman introduces the double pivot, we would see the very best of griez, but only if we get a pacy winger. He is one of the best there is for transition play, and would have a muller role but clearly a better one. Coutinho is a liability and cant see us getting better with messi, coutinho and griez in that 3 players behind striker. Only reasonable striker in that line up should be some hell of a pace player, like aubameyang or mbappe who could get behind the lines no problem.
But cant see that happening.
