Some of the comments about Griezmann here are just pathetic.

Did he play great today? No. Does he deserve some of those comments here? No. He wasn't THAT bad, the penalty aside.

I feel like this is more of an insult than defending him. "Come on girlfriend, he wasn't THAT ugly, bad acne aside." :lol:

He was pretty good actually. Gave a great assist. People like to moan about Griezmann the most.

He had a decent game, ok.
But he is supposed to be a world class player made for clutch moments. And he has been disappointing in this regard.

The standards have fallen. When Neymar used to have games like this (invisible throughout the entire match bar a good pass leading to assist, incapable of dribbling, incapable of finishing, constant back passing due low confidence) you guys would dogpile on him like no tomorrow. A player who creates two good chances at most in 120mins is now a decent/good game. Yikes.

He also created the chance for dembele, just need to get back his confidence

It's all about one's expectations. If it was Martin Braithwaite, would be hailed as a good game.

Dembele is not on Neymars level, so can't really judge him the same way. Neymar is the second best player to Messi and Ronaldo the past five years.
