Been playing better lately, but if Messi continues and Ansu returns healthy again is there a single reason we should keep him on his wages to be a bench player? Would try to sell him and use those funds to acquire Haaland or Mbappe.

It's almost impossible to sign those just let it go.. Barca cannot aford those wages'.. And those wages are "next ballon dor" type of wages.. Would only be possible I think if Messi left or 2 of coutinho dembe griez left.. Which I doubt they will.

Coutinho is definitely gone and one of Dembele and Griezmann need to move on too.

Yeah, we might not be able to sign any of those two, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try and be content with mediocrity.

It is mediocrity upfront. It's Barca's weakest link. Defense and midfield improved a lot with new comers (and youngsters). Offensively we have an old moody Messi and bums

With a 34 year old Messi being the only reliable goalscorer. It's tragic really. We desperately need a proven goalscorer.

Even more tragic is when people were claiming Griezmann could seamlessly replace Messi and should replace Messi earlier this season.

Well all thanks to those that voted for Bartomeu, we have no money right now, so just stop looking for good attackers and focus on betting on youngsters, 400 mil for Dembele, Coutinho and Griezman and now we most probably wont be able to sell any of them

For Griezmann, Been playing better = Headed just wide instead of missing the ball completely.

If a decent offer comes we have to sell before it is too in terms of a transfer fee. Does the workman like stuff which a signing half his fee or less and a 1/3 of his wages is expected to do.

No kidding, lmfao. It's funny just how low the standards have fallen for this forum. 2015/2016 there was nothing but criticism for Neymar in the latter half of th now we're busy praising Dembele and Griezmann...

He can jog somewhere else, really hope they sell him this summer. I want to go back to worrying about a forward not doing enough defensive work because he'd rather dribble and score goals, than whatever Griezmann's doing here...

Fee aside (Which is ludicrous in hindsight), wages alone make him a tremendous burden to continue with - must be sold

Lighten the squad load by dumping Coutinho & Griezmann and signing Lautaro (use Firpo & Lenglet in deal to bring costs down)

Best chance of being sold could be back to Atletico... or maybe PSG if go for Dembele/Griezmann/Mbapp al French frontline to try and persuade Mbappe to stay a bit longer.

If in EPL.. maybe Chelsea as play a front two so far and Tuchel has said in past he liked him. Not sure who else would take him where he would go in EPL.

our saving grace might be atletico, considering Felix's been rather useless for them second season in a row. Simeone likes to revisit old methods and players he sold so there's a good chance they might go for him, hopefully.

Felix has looked decent in flashes but Atletico with Suarez at CF doesnt suit him as he cant run and Atletico have to take ball up park and get it in the box. Has worked against a lot of the poor la liga sides that can pass ball better than but above that isnt working at all so far.

One of Felix/Suarez will surely leave or will be same next season. Or both might if they have options.

If they're smart they'll replace Simeone with someone who can get the best out of Felix and try to build a team around him. Not sure they'll do that though.
