The delusion to think Antony's uprise in performances has anything to do with the league... How many United players have gone to other EPL sides and immediately got better? It's the toxic environment. United is dying and slowly evolving into a midtable EPL club, it's attractive for footballers only when they think of the idea of bringing club back to where it belonged. When they actually sign for the club and face the reality that club is finished to the point of no return, they are no more interesed and most of them quickly want to leave.

Rants was saying they should keep Antony and sold/loaned Garnachita before the former went to Betis but also knew Amorim's misprofiling his team.

Not sure if I want United to scam a cup trophy this year.

He has had a good start but will likely regress to the mean. People get far too carried away when someone plays well in their first 5 games or whatever. Fans are way too reactionary. He's still a poor player.
