I highly doubt Denis would come close to Arda's numbers at LW. Denis is not a goal threat, Arda proved that he is when he plays on the left wing. All great teams have players that cost 40m. on their bench.

At this point with how the market is the cost of players is all relative. James is a bench player and cost almost double what Arda cost. Arda is a viable backup for Neymar and how Neymar has been playing I don't think you lose much having Arda fill in for him.

No, rejecting 50m now can not in any way be understood. Arda is now living off of super low expectations. Some people find it acceptable that one of our best paid players is someone like Arda. His "form"? Whats his form? He plays against crappy opposition and scores a goal now and then, but apart from a goal against Las Palmas and in the "friendly" against Gladbach, hasnt scored for almost 4 months.

That's an amazing price for a player that will barely make an impact on this team (Due to how many minutes MSN gets).

Arda's been only playing the easiest matches. Denis can play there, if Neymar needs a rest. That money could solve some problems... But I doubt the offer is real.
