Doesn't sound as bad as it was paraphrased on english papers, but I still wouldn't want the club to sign a 30+ year old with attitude problems (unless it's Zlatan)

FCB really shouldn't have signed him. It's not like the board took a gamble with him when they could track Simeone burning him out on a weekly basis and on top of his relatively old age, his attitude problems were well-documented. Not like he possesses world-class potential that would make FCB overlook the problematic attitude clashing with club values as they did with Zlatan, Neymar or Suarez either. Now he went and fucked his re-sale value ... wow. That's one way to ensure he's staying at his dream club, I guess.

One should remember in that particular moment we had a transfer ban imposed. I'm far from the thought that Arda was our no.1 transfer target in the summer of 2015.

Despite Turan's willingness to move to the Premier League club, the two sides are still negotiating over the transfer fee with Barcelona holding out for £26 million (€30m) for the 30-year-old.
