I am personally sick of him being present in the current squad without contributing shit to our team, but to be frank; WHO in their right mind would argue that this falls back on Arda?
If a company hires YOU, dear reader, a completely incompetent fuck to be the 5. highest executive at Apple and you agree to a 4-year contract with a ridiculous wage to go with it, who is the real dipshit in this scenario, you or the idiots at HR for headhunting a fucktard to begin with?
You walk through the office corridors, you comply to the company rules and regulations and you keep punching the timeslot; OKAY, you weren't the super WHIZKID the donkeys at HR thought they had hired, but you do just enough to get by per your contract (so as to not be wrongfully terminated). Who could blame you? Show up at 9, say hi to the secretary, punch in, punch out and cash your sweet cheque. Every last motherfucking one of us would pull the same shit that Arda is doing; it is not unlawful, it is doubtedly unethical and in the very least it is highly rational and logical.
Is it unprofessional? Absolutely. Is it a showcase of zero ambition? Fuck yeah! Is it understandable? ..... U know the answer.
Blame whoever signed a 30-year old player during election year and handed him a 4-year contract with an obscene contract; don't blame the guy who said 'sure' to a bar of gold.
