Probably a plot by Basaksehir and Arda to try to fuck Barca as much as they can. No doubt that they could pay the full wages as DonAk stated on the post above.

If that's an Erdogan team, they are basically an Turkish version of P$G. A country financing a football club. Tell them that they can either buy him or loan with paying his full wages. Otherwise they can fuck off.

Yeah pay him full or leave it be . If arda intend to stay they should make his life here hard as possible. There must be some options to kick him out like misbehaviour or something.
