Presuming that FIFA are not willing to listen to Barça's reasoning, the Catalan club's legal team are already preparing their case which they will take the CAS as soon as possible.
Before the CAS, Barcelona will not just take the 'Arda Turan Case', but they will also try to defend the rights of the young players who have been banned from training at La Masia with their teammates or living at the complex. The parents of the children affected are also wanting to take the case to the CAS.

Presuming that this Marca report is correct, at this stage, I'm wondering who this club's legal team is - since I admire their skills in baiting one of the biggest clubs in the world into completely forlorn, and therefore useless lawsuits, all the while not recognizing that this will do even more damage to the club's relationship with FIFA in the long run.
The RSTP, or the FIFA disciplinary code while we're at it, aren't some impenetrable, hallucinogenic Jefferson Airplane lyrics. What part of "can't modify" is so difficult to understand ?
And don't even get me started on the "defend the rights of the young players" populist gargabe. Since the club's "legal team" is most likely paid on a per hour basis, expect the "legal team" to produce nothing but a 200 page essay disguised as a statement of claim, whose content will in essence amount to little more than "Yeah, our youth player policy was not in compliance with explicit FIFA regulations, but you see, the kids are happy around here and we're Barca and we deal in youth excellence, mes que un club" and more irrelevant drivel, all the while charging a small fortune.
But fortunately for the legal team, Barca is not hesitant on lining the pockets of any random white shoe law firm and putting their economic interests above the club's 'political' interests in dealing with FIFA in the future. Because for the foreseeable future, FIFA is
not going to magically disappear.
If anything, the legal team should devote their entire attention to keep the club in compliance with FIFA regulations now and in the future. If you don't like the FIFA regulations, build a lobby and work on the abolishment of these regulations beforehand. Whining about the FIFA and their alleged unfairness isn't going to get the club anywhere.
I just had to get this out of my system.
