I don't it even bothers them.

Barry/Richards/Lescott are all leaving. that right there is probably 400k per week.

But dont they need english players for the CL rules? From what I´ve heard, they not only spend too much money, but also have too few home grown players. They fucked up so much...

He's 32 years old and gave us the majority of his career. Turned down big clubs when he was in his prime and our best players were leaving left and right (earning 50-70k when others were above 100k). I wish he could retire with us, but he has every right to look for one last big payday before finishing his career. At least it's not at United or Spurs though.

Yes, but he could've become a legend and now he's not doing his reputation any good

He's at an age now where footballers usually retire. Let him sit on the bench and take 140k per week while Zabaleta does all the work

True. Hate that he's gone, however I don't hold a grudge. I wave him good bye and good luck.

Built around Wilshere, Ramsey, and Ozil. The missing link here is a proper world class DM and a world class striker. Failing that, as close to it as possible. Right now all I can think of is Luiz Gustavo as the midfield signing.

We had our chance to get a striker LAST season, when it was a once in a lifetime window of opportunity. Cavani went quickly, Madrid fucked us over with the Higuain deal, and that insulting bid pissed off Liverpool with the whole Suarez debacle. Now there isn't a single striker available that would be worth signing. Maybe Mandzukic, but I don't even know if that's possible.
