They will get that TOP 4 spot like every season.. Liverpool are shit as usually even with Klopp..Spurs will shit themself this season because City,United and Chelsea aren't as weak as last season.. City,United and Chelsea in TOP 3 and then Arsenal as 4th.. From 5th to 8th Liverpool,Spurs,Everton,Liecester..
