With the "best league" argument every player brought up through La Masia should be automaticly best in the world.
Sotuh American leagues are not as bad as people think and would beat alot of European teams.

People act as if the Brazilian Serie A or the Colombian League are Segunda level or some shit. They are absolutely clueless and should stick to playing career mode on FIFA 18 or do their crap on Twitter.

There's guys out there that doubt spending 40 Million on Arthur is a good idea but don't have any qualms about spending 40-50 million on guys like Frenkie de Jong.

While we will have to wait and see on Arthur, but he was a instrumental in getting Gremio to the Copa Libertadores Final which is South America's equivalent of the CL and one of the most prestigious competitions in the world of Football.

Brazil's leagues might not be as strong as the likes of La Liga,EPL,Serie a its still not as crap as some make it out to be.

There are others who has the opposite thought too, no problem in spending 40M on player from Brazil but has problem on spending that much on De Jong

We have every reason in the world to doubt players coming directly from South America and making it at FCB. There were only few players in Barca history that did it.

I would like nothing better than Arthur becoming a success/new Xavi though.

I sincerely doubt we’ll see a new Xavi or Iniesta soon.

Pretty interesting how there is a lack of great central midfielders on the market right now. There are few young AM, DM and and box to box midfielders who are very talented but a young controlling CM player with great potential is really hard to find these days.

These red guys seem more serious than the opponents he's been facing lately. They press. Thank you!

bad field.
ball kept bouncing all over place when passing on the ground which hurt Arthurs passing a bit.
solid in buildup phase though.

keep the hype alive:

Arthur Melo's last 5 games:

vs Avenida: 101 passes, 97% pass accuracy, 1 key pass

vs Avenida: 91 passes, 98% pass accuracy, 1 key pass

vs GEB: 112 passes, 93% pass accuracy

vs Monagas: 125 passes, 93% pass accuracy, 5 key passes

vs GEB: 119 passes, 91% pass accuracy, 2 key passes

can't really wait to see him vs some serious opponents
