They put Martinez as CB and lost their best option as DM in him.
They had to wait 3 years for Thiago to be productive.
Paid 40M for overrated Renato.
They have passed on renewal of Heynckes to get a journeyman Pep.
They have paid unnecessary big amount of money for Vidal at the age of 28 too,what did they won with him again?
All while having to play in Bundesliga when no one can remotely compete with them
And give me a break of considering Sandro being given away, kid was terrible with us and the only thing that picking up his option would have done was loaning him while paying his wage in last year of contract.
I don't agree they are the worst run club,and I actually think they are better than us,but they are hyped as shit when they do have their fair share of mistakes too.

Even if we keep the current squad with the new manager and getting rid of deadwood it should be an improvement. The main issue last year was lucho making horrible decisions and unmotivated team at times.
