Barca Transfers and Rumors

They're going to end up not getting a RB and not getting Verratti going down that route.

If Barca B need Palencia and Vidal and Roberto happen to get injured or are needed in other positions next season then......well what can I say.

Palencia needs minutes and playing time and he'll get that in Barca B. Why the fuck would anyone want him sitting on the bench 90% of the time. We need RB.

Just sign a RB and move on. Even Florentino at Barca wouldn't fuck up this bad, it would be too obvious.

Incredible how incompetent our people can be. Months of planning.

So Bayern won the CL in 2013 and have been better in the transfer market than Barca but Barca won it in 2015 and are better now?

Good stuff. Glad that is sorted.
Wanna know why?
It's because we have Messi.
Remove him from the team and you now have so many teams ahead of us

I told this board months ago, ignore the RB spot, Vidal isn't as bad as loco made it seem he can do for 1 more season, abs focus on the midfield and a right winger and that right winger isn't delou!.

Who you want at RB?

Absolute dearth of good options it feels like.

You cannot tell me Bellerin is the only RB able to play for Barca.

Semedo, Sidibe, Ricardo Pereira, you know actual RBs which Roberto and Aleix are not. Looks like it's likelier Palencia will continue at Barca B too, but get called up to the 1st team regularly.

I'm all for giving Palencia a chance as 2nd choice RB or getting significant minutes as rotation option called up from B team, but going with him as a starter alone is way too risky after how bad our right side looked last season.

And we battered them in 2015, your point is?

Barca were better than them in 2015 with help from transfers. Whereas Bayern were better in 2013.

Fairly easy to understand.

So Bayern got worse and Barca got better but Bayern were clearly making better transfers in your eyes...

We can do without a RB signing only if we drastically change our defensive strategy. With Lucho many times we lacked the so called teammate orientation, which means that when one player moves in a way his teammates move as well. This is how you obtain a fluid defense which is not based on the individual quality of each player, but on teamwork. A lot of times Roberto did not move accordingly when Pique did, or other players did not move when Roberto did. This created a lot of space for the opponent to use, simply because we did not covered the space in a synchronized way. These things are tactical. If they are sorted out nobody says we can't use Roberto at RB to great effect. We can, but we need great tactics to do it.

Let's see what Valverde has in mind. Getting the pressing back into our game is paramount.
