With the level and age of the majority of our players we could easily use 6 new players, two players to the defensive, midfield and attack. The attack is really bad, our only good options are Messi and Dembele, two players for three positions. Look at City and PSG, they have squads completely stacked with quality, the majority brought for reasonable prices.

We have lots of business to do, hopefully our board realises this and start already in January. There are some good, relatively cheap options in the Bundesliga and Ligue 1.

These are worrying times , gawd knows where we would be if Messi and /or Ter Stegan got a long injury..

Cillessen is actually quite good backup. I don't think Steigen would be that bad loss(he's been amazing though), but Messi or Iniesta would be huge loss.. and Umtiti.

I wouldn't trust what Wenger says. The whole summer he was saying Sanchez wasn't for sale, and then suddenly...he was. Same with so many players over the years.

Ehh Gerson is a Attacking Midfielder/Winger. I think Arthur is more of a CM than anything.

few time to carry on real deals and very high prices, mostly for great players.

Ozil is a cheap short term solution if you only look at the transfer price. But the reason he and sanchez are running out of contract is because of salary. He will be a huge cost in salary for Barcelona. For 20M+average salary i wouldn't mind him going to Barcelona. If he comes and players like Turan and Gomes leave, the squad will still have more quality for around the same budget. Then Barcelona can look for long term transfers this summer and they don't have to overpay for experienced players who can fit in right away. This summer will depen alot on Suarez and Dembele i think. Deulofeu is just not good enough at all, he was one of the biggest talents at Barcelona but if you look at him now he can't even make a dribble at the side line.

great player, but i don't know, it seems he already gave the best in his career...
and (i repeat) depends how valverde wants play...
so far the usual 4-3-3 with messi on the left, but free to turn between middle and attack...

For what it's worth .... Ozil after two man of the match performances ...... tonight he made two assists for the second and third goals and scored the 4th himself ---- all in a 4 minute period. !!!
