Both Thiago and Gundogan could work.
Maybe could get both of them in the range for a total of 100-120m.
Two injury prone players though.

Leave Messi out of this... What Argentina need to do is play well as a collective then the results and goals will take care of themselves. They will also be up against an Iceland team that is going to sit with a deep block so get any ideas of hatricks out of your mind already.
This obsession with Ronaldo reaches new heights everyday. He had a good game against Spain. Well done to him. Let’s leave it at that.

I believe that there were reports that Juve would ask 80 mil for him. Maybe we could also ofer gomes, they were interested in him.

When you look at Barcelona players in World Cup. It makes you understand why we keep losing in CL. Most of our players are spoiled brats and fans too. We are spoiled and Entitled, players and fans. I think we need a lot of new blood and inspiration to our team. One player is not going to change that. We should be cleaning house..
I think the main hope for next season lies with continued improvement/integration from Dembele and Semedo. This would allow S. Roberto to go back to superb, doing excellent backup for all the midfield positions and maybe also LB if Digne leaves.
Additional talent is needed on the wing for the 4-4-2 and/or the two more offensive midfield spots in the 4-3-3. Not enough quality depth in these spots last season, and now Iniesta is gone.
Necessary departures are Gomes, Vidal, Mina and Paco, it's time to both shrink the squad and try again for most of the end of the bench.

Problem is at board level. Barto is a coward who hired a coward. Everybody is too comfortable. I would rather have gone trophless this season and Valverde get the sack. At least we could hit the reset button and get some big changes going on.
