We do need to start thinking about and investing in younger forwards, once Messi and Suarez are gone, we can’t just have one forward in Neymar (who will not be considered young any more by then), right?

City already made huge offer for Bonnucci and got rejected,he isn't leaving.No way Bellerin leave for Manu either.he will be leaving them for Europa league football under manager not known for developing young players,if he waants to leave he know there is a good chance if he waited a year we will e after him among others

Currently we have 25 players and we are looking to buy another CF.

I would very much like for Lucho to cut this number down to 23 players, as 25-26 players is too many in my book. I remember Guardiola saying he liked a small but focused squad.

Douglas, Vermaelen, Samper and if we get another CF, then Munir should leave too.

Isn't Mandzukic known to be a bit of a hard case? A temperamental guy who could disrupt the atmosphere in the team because he is not playing much is the last thing we need right now.

I have preferred Gabriel Jesus to Gabigol since the two were seriously being linked the middle of last season, better fit & more versatile talent, IMO. But the squad has to reinforce with a legitimate rotating attacker who can play for Barca. Not a project to deliver a few years down the line but a player that will deliver immediately. This leaves aging veterans or hidden gem attackers looking to make the step up - neither are ideal. A big reason, for the millionth time, develop from within. Adama & Deulofeu away from the club is not the right approach.

I'll be surprised if Barcelona land anyone that will universally satisfy a demanding fanbase. It's tough to find the right fit at this point, so at least get a specialist in attack - either a classic poacher, speedster or dribbler.
