No idea how good he is to be honest. He only had a run of 4 games in a row this season. Even Douglas could pull off a semblance of ability in that kind of sprint (probably not though). I don't think that is enough to suggest he is better than de Ligt, especially if we consider their previous seasons.

Maybe the board could squeek in Demiral+Pjanic for Arthur though if he is as good as you say. I can't imagine Demiral being high on their indispensable list. But it has risk as our current medical team are world renown for their ineptitude.

65m for pjanic is crazy enough for me, so 20 less for de sciglio seems reasonable
