Schick is not a good player at all.
Seen in Rome all the matches; he has some technical skills but he doesn't have the mentality to become top

Regarding Yusuf Demir, his videos makes me feel like I am watching left footed Pedri.
If he is capable to transform to RW, he will be good purchase.

I like Nikola Milenkovic, has anyone been following him? Very impressive and always fit. Will have one season left on his contract by the end of this season.

E. Garcia and NM = try to sell Umtiti and include Mingueza in NM's deal.

Mikel Merino/ Soumare are my picks for midfield = try to sell Coutinho and Alena + Fernandes (both with a buyback option)

Haaland = try to sell Braithwaite

Pedro Neto from Wolves is a quality player. I think we were interested in him since his Braga days but the deal didn?t go through. Ruben Neves aswell is good and still relatively young.

Ruben Neves no for me. Pedro Neto yes. Strong David Villa vibes for me.

Neves can shoot from range, from set pieces, combines well with the players around him and has a good work rate. I think he can grow into a really good player for a top club. He would be a decent buy for us. Wouldn?t be surprised if Klopp raids wolves again for either him or Neto.

For the next 3-5 years we have to adjust our transfer strategy, especially with the current finances. Dortmund is a perfect example of what we need to be doing when it comes to buying players. Scout and sign quality young players vs signing already proven and expensive players.

There is a huge difference between what Dortmund and likes of Portugese teams do.

There is not the pressure to win and they sign young players who know will play early and try to sign for profit.

Barca still need to try and sign more established players than those clubs do but get it right. Need to try and nail the free transfer market in next couple windows really.

Ideally Barca youngsters come from La Masia with a few signed if gaps there. The money spent then for more established and proven players at right age and profile.

Half of Barca rebuild process in 2003 was with players aged 27-28 and it was our most successful rebuild.
We need some infusion of youth for sure, but we can't try BVB approach, it will be a disaster.

This. You never build a team of veterans or youngsters. A few of each is good, but the core must be made of players close to their prime. We've got very few of those. Mats, Griezmann, Coutinho, Roberto and Martin. Sad list since almost none of them seems a fit/good enough.

Yeah i agree. I don't think we need to go full 'youth mode', but i'd like to see us pick up some quality young players that can contribute right away. Our scouting really has to improve.

Neves is way too expensive compared to what he'd offer. He's good but far from the best midfielder in the world.

This is what Pep said:

“A month ago, I started reading – ‘R?ben Neves, ?100m’. That is not going to happen, we are not going to pay ?100m for a holding midfielder.
