According to MD in the Uruguayan capital, there is still no economic agreement. Liverpool from this part of southern South America wants 8 million euros for the transfer for 70 percent of the token. And eventually some type of bonus or obligation to acquire the rest for the blaugranas if the move to another club is not made within a certain period. They know that perhaps Fabricio can explode in Barcelona and establish himself, and never leave, and then that remaining 30 percent will only remain a dead letter on paper. "And not a peso less," added the sources consulted by MD.

Barcelona, as it became known in Montevideo, offered six million euros, so there are differences, although they are not insurmountable, but there is a stretch of money that must be covered.

---

Seems the deal is close, yet not closed as Uruguayan sources declared yesterday. If he is the chosen one of the SD, then I think it is important to close the transfer before the U20 where his price may increase of another club with more liquidity can come in.

Rayan! Rayan! Rayan!

Sign Rayan and be done with it.
Looks like a slow winger who is too reliant om his strength to beat his opponents, (it'll work at youth level, but at senior level, not so much). Also seems to depend too much on his left foot. I don't see why Barca should snap him up tbh.

Really? I thought the opposite. That despite his size, his speed, dribbling and technique is good. His agent is Andre Cury and we were linked a year ago.

Let's see how he and Kaui develop this season. I expect both will get Serie A football as this season progresses.

This team needs 5-6 good players to be able to compete in the champions league next season. We have no decent winger(bar Dembele, which says a lot). A LW&RW would be needed to cover for his future injuries. We also need 2 midfielders, a striker and a RB. I really doubt that they're going to reshape the squad this drastically, if it's even possible financially. Since it's not football manager, we will probably see the likes of Ferran/Raphinha/Fati again the next season since nobody bothers to pay money for them. The only choice left is to play them to atleast "make up" for the price tag, which will never be justified.

Our biggest problem this year was an attack read it as wingers and Lewa who is absent for half a year.
To bad it is a player profile that you need to pay massively.

On the other side, Ferret and Fatty are so shit that anyone will be upgrade, plus more chance creation from midfield if Messi is coming.
Other option maybe we can get on loan Sterling or Sane/Mane players who are not in best relationship with board...
Maybe also Sulemana if Southampton goes down to Championship...
Realistic solution is Carrasco on LW, who is decent player and can dribble, he will be upgrade, we don't have to much money to spend so I will not mention Leao etc...

Also question is what type of formation we are gonna use...

If we keep 3-2-2-3 Balde will be in attack most of times so buying expensive player is not best practice...

To many questions, hope so Xavi and board will make good decisions, because this transfers are shady for now...

He's literally outmusculing his opponents while kicking and running with the ball. Has a good eye for passes though. Looks like someone that would be converted to either center forward or attacking midfield during his senior career

I hear you, and I don't object to that. But it's not a bad thing, unless it is a case like Ilaix where it doesnt transcend to pro ball.

Don't want to put too high bar, but it reminds me of Haaland when at that age bracket.

There is a fine line between being better because you are purely more physically developed, and being better inspite of being more physically developed.

Agreed that if he is a consistent scorer, that forward would be his end position.

Btw we have also been linked with Echeverri (Argentina( from the u17 SA Championships. A more Barcelona profile.
