Yup but today it was an away game at the team that was in the first spot for 90% of the season so I thought they lost it.
But in the end a draw was enough because of the very surprising result in the other game.

Unreal goal at the end to win the league though.

Yup, said it in Van Bommel thread

Total craziness in the Belgian league this evening...

89' — Union St Gilloise were champions

91' — Genk were champions

94' — Royal Antwerp secure league title & champion status after a last minute winner by Toby Alderweireld

It was crazy end, surprisingly didn't regret watching it 😅

Apparently Gnabry,Mane and Sane up for sale.

I can only see the EPL teams going for these three.

It was reported yesterday club is working on 2-3 outgoing transfers. My guess is players out on loan, probably Lenglet to Tottenham (now that they've finally found new manager) and maybe Umtiti to Lyon. Don't think we'll offload current first team players that fast as nobody never wants to leave, lol.

No one that's currently in Japan will be finalized right now.

As you say probably the loanees. So add Abde to that.

And then there is Collado who had no business getting an extension last year. Player I always liked but way off the headspeed for top level.

Deco

Culé since 2005
Probably if we have 200m

Because that is what Brighton will ask for.
They will be happy with Kessie. Really wondering who will really replace Messi now, since he wont return. Need someone with his dribbling skills. Who is close to that? Bernardo Silva? He wants to go back to Benfica at 32 years old so. Raphinha is not good enough.

Kessie wouldn't want to join Brighton and they won't take him anway. They don't operate like this. Brighton probably already have Caicedo's longterm replacement in the club in Yasin Asari or they will just bring another South American kid for peanuts.

Messi has been gone for two years, we don't need to "replace" him. My guess is we'll now try to do everything we can to sign Gundo to play in that 4th midfielder role that Xavi had in mind for Messi. But we'll most likely miss out on him as well.

Bernardo is not 32, he'll turn 29 in two months. He'll either stay at City (most likely) or go to PSG. But he clearly won't return to Benfica in near future.
