Can't find anything on this, but I would guess too high for us at the moment, maybe 30-50M?. On Almería's website they even wrote "They say he's the next Cavani"

Don't know his release clause,but that club is owned by KSA crown prince puppet. They are gonna be a power house in Liga very soon. Doubt we can get him with anything less than whatever release clause he has. And even then we should be sure we aren't upsetting their ownership

Right now it's being held up by city permits and other issues, but I can see them perhaps ditching it or letting a new board deal with that problem.

It should have started years ago. In fact, they could have just used what Laporta's board proposed with the Foster design, but these guys wanted their own thing.
