Feel he lacks proper position, kinda like Nkunku
Stick him on the left side and let him do whatever he wants. What I like is Atalanta didn't just use him to counter. They had the ball camped around the RM box and he still did work. That's a big difference between him and other speed demons.

This is literally recycling the old group of news into one list.

RB seems more urgent.

Casado almost busted his hamstrings to cover Kounde's RW vs Dortmund.

there is Shark/Tuna ready to replace the Polish tractor.

Striker is needed, but not the priority.

We need to address depth before anything. Defense is lite, so is attack. Get a new LB, RB, RW/LW and then look at striker. Maybe someone like J.David on free agent although he looks so mediocre to me.

Linked with Cardoso Varela. Remember watching him at the U17 Euros, he looked good against Spain and England.

Curious case but looks like he's also a free agent.

Cardoso Varela, very close to Barça

The young 16-year-old Portuguese winger lands in Barcelona with his agents and meets with Deco.

Unexpected visit in Barcelona. Barça's sporting director, Deco, met this afternoon with the agents of Cardoso Varela, a skilled winger from Porto FC. The player, just 16 years old, was also present at the meeting. After the summit, the player visited the Ciutat Esportiva in Sant Joan Despí to see the facilities.

The player's transfer had been simmering for weeks and with total discretion. As Jijantes has learned, the great relationship between the sports management and the player's main agent—Andy Bara, the same as Dani Olmo or Mika Faye—has been key in the negotiations.

The player's case is curious to say the least. According to 'O Jogo', Porto learned that the player traveled to Croatia with his agents to sign for Dinamo Odranski Obrez of the Croatian fourth division. It was a 'bridge club' since he was only going to remain in the team until last October, the date on which the player turned 16 and could already sign his first professional contract.

Thus, Porto, upon seeing the move proposed by the player's entourage, filed a complaint with the Croatian Football Federation and FIFA. Finally, FIFA blocked the transfer and the operation was completely cancelled.

Now, at 16 years old, the player can negotiate with any club and this afternoon he landed on a private flight from Zagreb along with his agents. This signing follows the roadmap established by the culé club in recent years: signing promising players cheaply or at zero cost to facilitate their development and acquire the Barça DNA from a very young age.
